Architect-Engineering Title I and Title II Services for Dormitory Facilities

The AFICC/772 ESS intends to solicit and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Dormitory Architect-Engineering Title I and Title II Services. The purpose of this MATOC is to support facility sustainment, repair, modernization, demolition, and/or additions to existing dormitory facilities, in accordance with the Air Force Instruction AFI 32-6000/AFI 32-6005.
The anticipated ordering period is a base period of one year, with two to four one-year options. The total capacity/contract ceiling to be shared among all MATOC holders is expected to be $49,000,000. The NAICS code for this work is 541330 – Engineering Services with a size standard of $25.5 million.
The AFICC/772 ESS is seeking availability of small business firms that have experience with designing and providing Title II support for dormitory renovation, particularly those familiar with the unique requirements imposed by the AFI. The AFICC/772 ESS will only consider firms that have experience with dormitory design (and Title II) services at Air Force installations where the design work was subject to AFI 32-6000 or AFI 32-6005.
