Air Education & Training Command, Special Warfare Training Operations and Support Services, Rotary Wing Airlift Support Operations
The Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Air Force (USAF) Air Education and Training Command (AETC) are seeking responsible sources for airlift support services for training purposes. The potential contract would cover two categories of services: Fixed Wing (FW) and Fixed Wing Jump Master.
The prospective Contractor would provide fuel, personnel, equipment, tools, material, maintenance, and supervision necessary to perform air operations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
The AETC is the oldest major command in the Air Force and the first command to touch the lives of nearly every Air Force member. It is responsible for finding, recruiting, training and educating the Airmen the nation needs.
The AETC operates 12 major installations and flies approximately 1,300 aircraft.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather feedback from potential sources that are capable and willing to compete for the potential award.

The estimated solicitation date is June 2023 and the estimated award date is December 2023.
The contract type would be a combination of Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement. The contract duration would be one year base plus four one-year options. The competition type would be a partial small business set-aside. The place of performance would include Hurlburt Field, Avon Park, Patrick Space Force Base, Roswell, Kirtland Air Force Base in Florida and New Mexico; Pope Army Airfield and Fort Bragg in North Carolina.
