This is a pre-solicitation notice for a total 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside for architect and engineering (A/E) design services for project number C1DA--534-329, Renovate CSP and Pharmacy Spaces at the Charleston VA Medical Center, Charleston, SC.
The A/E firm shall provide all programming, design submissions, site investigation/field verification services, asbestos testing, construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, reports, system integrator services and construction administration services for the project.
This project will renovate approximately 18,000 square feet of sterile processing services (SPS) and sterile processing and distribution (SPD) space on the first floor of the main medical center.
This project will provide complete electrical, technology, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and architectural upgrades. The period of performance is 252 calendar days after contractor's receipt of notice to proceed.
