Glenn Logistics and Metrology (GLAM) Presolicitation Synopsis & Industry Day Invitation

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Glenn Logistics and Metrology (GLAM) services.
The GLAM contract will provide logistics, metrology, calibration, and property management support to GRC.
The anticipated period of performance is five years, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The estimated value of the contract is between $50 million and $100 million.
NASA GRC will host an Industry Day on June 9, 2023, to provide information about the GLAM acquisition and to solicit feedback from potential offerors.
The Industry Day will be held at the Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI) in Cleveland, Ohio. Interested parties are required to register for the event by June 2, 2023, by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information: company name, point of contact, email address, phone number, and number of attendees.
The Industry Day will include a presentation by NASA GRC, a question and answer session, and an opportunity for one-on-one meetings with NASA representatives.
The GLAM RFP is expected to be released on or about June 30, 2023. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov under the NAICS code 541614 (Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services).
All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by NASA GRC. Potential offerors are advised to monitor SAM.gov for updates and amendments to the solicitation.
