Alliant 3

Alliant 3 , Solicitation # 47QTCK22N002 is a new governmentwide acquisition contract (GWAC) that will offer federal agencies a flexible and comprehensive way to procure integrated IT solutions worldwide.

The contract is expected to be awarded in June 2025, with a solicitation date of November 2023. The contract value is estimated at $75 billion, and the competition type is full and open / unrestricted.

The contract will have a five-year base period and one five-year option period.

The scope of Alliant 3 covers any and all components of an IT services-based solution, including current and emerging technologies, as well as support for national security systems. The scope is based on the most current Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Information Enterprise Architecture (DoD IEA) reference models.

The contract will allow maximum flexibility in acquiring IT services, while incorporating standardization through the use of standardized labor categories and product service codes.

The contract will also enhance small business opportunities through increased subcontracting requirements.
