Requirements

  • Modernize the Army accessions and recruiting business processes end to end from first contact to initial training to include the following:
    • Agile approaches to design, software development, frequently deploy, and maintain the AIE solution functionality (new or enhancement)
    • Innovative technology solutions, to include third party application(s) and considerations to leverage / use Government enterprise capabilities that will either interface or be integrated with the AIE solution
    • Approaches to development and capability support that maximize (a) Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) automation to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and (b) compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) 2.0 Continuous Authority to Operate (cATO)
    • Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS)/ Government off-the-Shelf Software as a Service (GOTS SaaS) to be provisioned in Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) IL4 approved Cloud Service Provider (CSP). The COTS software can alternatively be hosted in a FedRAMP Impact Level (IL)4 SaaS approved environment.
