  • These responsibilities include establishing and maintaining files for each individual seizure and associated assets, complying with all Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act (CAFRA) notice requirements in administrative forfeiture cases, reviewing legal seizure and forfeiture documents, and processing asset disposition orders.
  • The contractor shall provide personnel necessary to support this activity. Specific areas of support include drafting legal and financial forms, mailing legal notices, data entry, copy and filing, and general clerical support.
  • This support is required to assist the AFB in ensuring that the files for the seizure and forfeiture of real, personal and monetary property are complete, accurate, and that administrative concerns are resolved timely and consistent with agency policy and federal law.
