BB Correct Patient Privacy Requirements

  • This is a complex project that will modernize the patient experience at the facility by improving the inpatient accommodations as well as installing new mechanical (HVAC) systems that will extend the life of the facility itself. The 2nd floor will be completely renovated (est. 30,000 ft²); in doing so existing utilities and systems must be maintained for the upper and lower floors not undergoing renovation at this time, this will involve rerouting of the existing system(s) to bypass the 2nd floor. Additionally, structural improvements will be involved to accommodate the rework. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Correct Patient Privacy Deficiencies as required by the drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package.
