Requirements

The purpose of this requirement is to resolve the sight line issues of the current Bus Inspection Facility. The project will require a prime contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and construction expertise to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work and the Construction Documents (drawings and specifications). The general project scope includes but is not limited to the following work: construction of two covered bus inspection bays, an administrative office, parking spaces for employees, and a ramp off the northbound egress lanes from the SYLPOE which are part of I-5 and I-805 freeways for bus circulation north of the existing LPOE.
