Requirements

  • Repurpose approximately 2,000 sq ft of space to accommodate the new Hybrid Operating Room (HOR) function suite over the 1st floor of Main Building at VA Caribbean Healthcare System at San Juan, PR.
  • The Contractor should provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and construction services necessary, to successfully complete this project.
  • The renovation includes the re-distribution of spaces of a new Hybrid OR Suite, and a complete upgrade of all utilities (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, data, nurse call, medical gases etc.) among others.
  • The services for this project will include providing all construction related services such as: providing labor, materials and equipment required to complete the project as per contract documents prepared by an independent Architect-Engineer firm.
