The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement for installation and maintenance of a code blue alpha-numeric paging system to support its facilities in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Solicitation Description

AMENDMENT 1 TO THE RFQ:

Amd 01 changes the Contracting Officer to Bennett Smith. Email is [email protected]. Mr. James Hunt and Mr. Anthony Marion are no longer the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer for this requirement.

The amendment also provides questions and answers about the RFQ that were asked by interested offerors.

The closing date and time for the RFQ are not changed.

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement for installation and maintenance of a code blue alpha-numeric paging system to support its facilities located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. The requirement includes installation of the paging system hardware, delivery and set-up programming of 200 Apollo AP-700 (or equal) pagers, and preventive maintenance of the paging system after installation. The contract is expected to be firm, fixed-price for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the actual solicitation and associated documents on or about April 8, 2025, which will contain the specific work requirement, and contract terms and conditions.

The solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7006 under NAICS code 517122, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. All interested parties must be listed in the U.S. Small Business Administration s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov as of the date of their quote and the date of award. Parties not registered as required above will NOT be eligible for award. Award will NOT be delayed for registration.
