Requirements

  • The Butler VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct the new Butler Warehouse. This construction project will build approximately 18,150 GSF of new space in the Butler VAMC, for use as warehouse storage at the Butler VA and its associated CBOC and other leased spaces. Work includes general construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, technology, fire protection, paving, walks, grading, drainage, landscaping, utility connections including steam, condensate, chilled water, electrical utility connections and architectural components and construction and certain other items as indicated on the contract documents.
