Requirements

  • Renovate an existing tool and die facility along with plastics lab and processing areas.
  • The project includes renovation of the existing facility as well as adding an additional 56,000 SF industrial facility. The project includes moving old equipment from the existing facility and purchasing new equipment and moving it into the new facility.
  • The overall purpose of this project is to construct a new facility located outside of an explosive arc to improve resiliency and worker safety, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs, while supporting all production programs and expanding capabilities.
  • USACE will execute a quality delivery approach to design and construct a state-of-the-art tool and die facility for IAAAP.
