Requirements

  • The requirement to construct a standard design Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks was pulled forward and inserted into the FY22 Program Year and is needed now to support the Army’s decision to realign Army units to Fort Stewart, GA (FSGA). New units include two multi-role bridge companies, a Short-Range Air Defense (SHORAD) Battalion, an Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Battalion, and an Engineer Brigade, Battalion, and Company. The Installation currently has a 1,136 space UEPH deficit that will increase to approximately 1,600 spaces with the arrival of these new units.
