  • This Design/Build construction contract includes restoration of the Sinclair Brook Channel, construction of new channel improvements, installation and replacement of culverts, replacement and repair of vehicular and pedestrian bridges, fixing scour and erosion from storm damage, cleaning up debris in the channel, stabilizing banks, address drainage and other deficiencies in the area.
  • The project area encompasses the Sinclair Brook from the North Powerplant, the drainage areas around United States Military Academy Preparatory School (USMPAS), the drainage areas around the Mint, the drainage areas around the ski slope and the drainage areas as the brook travels through the Golf Course at West Point.
