Background

Fort Bliss is comprised of approximately 1.12 million acres of land in Texas and New Mexico, with the Main Cantonment Area located adjacent to El Paso, Texas. It is home to the 1st Armored Division. Fort Bliss is a U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) installation comprised of other commands, to include but not limited to, Joint Task Force North (JTF-NORTH), U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), and U.S. Army Reserve (USAR). Requirements

  • The Contractor shall ensure all work is performed in accordance with (IAW) all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and directives, to include but not limited to, the publications listed in Section 7.0 Related Documents. The Contractor is to maintain a healthy, sanitary, and safe working environment for all military and civilians working on the Fort Bliss Installation.
  • The Contractor shall warrant all work, tendered to the Government for acceptance, conforms to the measurable performance standards of quality, timeliness, and quantity specified in the PWS of this contract. Without additional expense to the Government, the Contractor and its subcontractors shall obtain all licenses, and permits required to perform the work under this contract.
