Design Build Replacement Repairs Requirements

Scope of work includes:

  • This defines the requirements for the Contractor to design-build according to the following Statement of Objectives (SOO): Bolster existing and/or construct new features to protect inner harbor; construct inner harbor to accommodate current and future vessels; repair seawall such that southeast Sand Island and the airfield are protected; and replace the sewer system according to existing designs or value engineer design to better serve population on MANWR. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOO. The Contractor shall comply with the current commercial sewer standard and FWS standards. All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished.
