  • This Design/Build project includes the following work:Chiller replacement with new high-performance chillers
    Retrofit existing building lighting with LED lights with integrated controls
    Conversion of the building’s heating plant to air source heat pumps. Controller upgrades to the VAVs to improve the sequence of operations for the building, including implementation of ASHRAE 36 Guidelines to the extent practicable
    A replacement of the cooling towers
    A supplemental boiler to provide backup heating
