Requirements

The contractor shall provide services to meet the following:

  • The Office of People Analytics (OPA) through its Joint Advertising, Market Research and Studies program (JAMRS) requires a Contractor to perform knowledge based Survey Services as well as Market Research and Analysis. The work requires extensive knowledge and proven expertise in career decision-making, consumer decision-making, and marketing effectiveness theories and involves multi-method personnel research, survey planning, design and development, conducting and administering surveys, analysis of quantitative and qualitative survey data within the context of the Military recruiting and personnel life-cycle environment, multi-source data integration, utilizing traditional and modern advanced analytics to include data science, production of research reports, segmentation, identifying target markets, fulfilling military service specific ad-hoc recruiting and personnel research requests, and consultation from subject matter experts in career decision making and career related behaviors in the Military context.
  • The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, equipment, materials, training, stakeholder coordination and other items necessary to perform survey services as well as market research and analysis that supports JAMRS’ military recruiting research efforts and military communication evaluations and general analytic support to support the diverse and varying deliverables JAMRS provides.
