Requirements

  • Provide all management, tools, supplies, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, and trained labor necessary for the repair/replacement of the roofing systems of three facilities (Buildings B597 Gymnasium, B3045 CE Warehouse, and B754 Hangar 7) on Eareckson Air Station, Shemya, AK.
  • Work will also include incidental mechanical/electrical work to facilitate roof drainage and removal/re-installation of any roof top appliance, grounding, and/or lightning protection system.
  • Work may also include partial repair/replacement of the roof substructures to ensure proper adherence.
