Provide Configuration and Data Management (CDM) support to U.S. Government and Department of Defense (DoD) efforts assigned to the V40 Distributed Experimentation and Test Environment Division at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). In addition to leading traditional Navy Configuration Management (CM) programs, V40 provides expertise in developing CM programs for non-traditional acquisition strategies for Navy, Marine Corp, and other DoD programs.
