Background

Requirements

  • The contractor shall provide personal services with FBPs and Prescreen Support personnel. In Support of the FBPs and Prescreen Support personnel, the contractor shall provide non-personal services; administrative support, recruiting, advertising, training, and managerial, along with necessary equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary
  • The FBP shall perform prescreening, medical histories, physical evaluations, and reviews of required medical tests and documentation pertaining to consultations and medical histories on applicants for the Armed Forces in accordance with USMEPCOM Regulation 40-1, other applicable regulations, and standard operating procedures. This may include the FBP arranging (but not performing) medical consultations. The FBP’s daily workload shall include participation in the MEPS local medical peer review as part of the USMEPCOM PQMP
  • FBPs and Prescreen Support personnel shall perform the medical services required of their scheduled role IAW UMR 40-1, UMR 40-2, other applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and the standards set by the local CMO
