FEE BASIS PROVIDERS SERVICES CONUS ALASKA HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO
The Department of the Army, United States Military Entrance Processing Command, has a requirement for Fee Basis Providers (FBP) and Prescreen Support personnel who shall perform a review of the military service applicant medical histories, perform medical evaluations, and conduct reviews of medical test results and documents, with an end goal of determining whether an applicant for military service meets the medical standards established by Congress and the Military Services at one of the USMEPCOM geographically dispersed facilities.
