Requirements

  • The purpose of this project is to provide construction services for the construction of an addition and renovation project to the Fort Washakie Health Center, in Fort Washakie, WY. The Program Justification Document (PJD) authorizes Indian Health Service (IHS) Project BI21FW400C11 which consists of a new addition to the existing Fart Washakie Health Center (FWHC). The project will construct a new ~2,700sqft single-story expansion on to the existing ~24,000 sqft health care facility. The project will create: One (1) new clinical team station, One (1) new medical supplies storage room, Twelve (12) new exam rooms, Two (2) new unisex toilets for patients and staff, Exit ramp to the west and Exit stair to the south.
