FY25 General Construction Requirements

  • Projects that will be placed against the MATOC will provide the resources necessary to accommodate all general construction activities for programs managed by the Charleston District. The contractors will be required to perform fixed-price task orders within the required scope to support the construction activities. Each task order will be subject to the fair opportunity process, and all contractors within the MATOC pool will be able to submit a task order proposal for each requirement.
  • Contractors will be required to provide all personnel, equipment and materials and dedicated A-E support, where required, to perform a wide range of general construction activities. This includes work to provide Design-Build (DB) and Design Bid-Build (DBB) construction requirements for new facilities and real property repair and maintenance in support of operations primarily for USACE Charleston District customers.
