Requirements

  • This contract will primarily support the sustainment, training, operation, and enhancement of the GEMSIS capabilities by leveraging the existing JSDR, an operational enterprise capability within the DISA PEO SPECTRUM GEMSIS Program of Record. JSDR has capabilities that have been assessed to meet DoD operational requirements which will need to be sustained and expanded to further meet the operational spectrum needs of the DoD. This contract will support the extension of the current JSDR software architecture, data store, and feature set to support the integration of additional data sets and analytics for enhanced situational awareness to further meet DoD requirements where enhanced situational awareness includes the ability for users to configure their own operational picture. This contracting effort also includes for accelerating the development of blue system data, improving the data development processes, and enhancing the Joint Equipment Tactical and Space (JETS) database and data presentation features, additional data sources, and support the maintenance of additional data records for the JETS database which feeds the JSDR for the planning and execution of joint electromagnetic spectrum operations and the coordination of electronic warfare and spectrum management activities to support the DoD electromagnetic operating environment.
