Requirements

This is a Design-Build construction project for which the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and perform services in accordance with the project scope of work (SOW), construction specifications, and drawings. This requirement will include the following but is not limited to:

  • Roof repairs; repairs to the bowstring trusses, structural members, and in situ structural repairs; repairs to concrete buttressed wall.
  • Remove the existing high expansion foam suppression system, along with its piping, components, triple infrared (IR) flame detection and optical detection, and associated controls and equipment.
  • Install automated sprinkler system and MNS for the high bay and two-story administration area.
  • Install new electrical wiring, new panels “N” and “K”, and components from the existing transformers to the hangar that will power the new fire alarm system, MNS, and other new systems which require power.
  • Provide modular office trailers
  • Design and install the cable anchor fall protection system.
