Background

The Logistics and Maintenance Information Systems and Technology (LMIST) Division, D433000, provides IT services for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Sustainment Group. D433000 manages several software systems and associated projects with the primary focus being AWIS. AWIS is the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) IT system providing complete lifecycle tracking for many naval ordnance systems.

Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • Provide analysis, design, development, test, integration, deployment, and operations of AWIS information technology (IT) systems.
  • Provide software maintenance, enhancements, design, development, testing, evaluation, coding, integration, database administration, and data analysis.
  • Provide IT services for all D433000 AWIS IT projects consisting of:
    • Development, integration, testing, and deployment of new software modules, enhancements, and maintenance releases
    • Information system administration
    • Information system security
    • Database administration
    • Database Architects
    • Data Scientists
    • Logistics data collection and analysis
    • Troubleshooting, capability testing, and end user assistance
    • Technical Writing
    • Training and training support activities
