The project is to:

  • Design and build a new facility for the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) with office, shop, and storage spaces, built at the existing NOAA WRC campus, which must remain fully operational throughout construction
  • The Design-Build Team will be responsible for all design services, labor, materials, equipment, and project oversight (i.e. management and field supervision) to execute approximately 16,000 GSF of new construction at NOAA’s WRC in Seattle, WA
