Integrated Management Solutions (AIMS) Background

Integrated Management Solutions (AIMS) Requirements

As defined in individual task/call orders, the contractor shall provide advisory and integrated management solutions across a broad range of requirements including but not limited to:

  • Developing and managing program, project, transitions and operations plans across multiple organizational components and initiatives
  • Assisting executive level and program and project management staff in developing and implementing organizational design, location and operating strategies
  • Facilitating strategic planning sessions and briefings with key stakeholders, DOC executive leaders and project teams
  • Providing advisory support and subject matter expertise across multiple key specializations including shared services design and operations, organizational change management, customer experience management, organizational development, leadership development, performance measurement and reporting, enterprise architecture strategy, financial management, facilities management, security management, outsourcing and business process reengineering
  • Conducting technology, resource and process assessments in preparation for enterprise services transition and operations activities
  • Conducting requirements analysis, and to-be processes for new or evolving programs and service offerings
  • Assisting with development and implementation of technology strategies related to new or evolving programs and the transition of operational activities
  • Conducting process reengineering, standardization and improvement initiatives in preparation for the transition of operational activities
  • Conducting market research on potential service providers and assisting the DOC and bureau teams in analyzing alternatives, developing acquisition strategies, performance management analytics and structuring agreements with new providers
  • Assisting in the development of cost/benefit and alternatives analysis for new and evolving programs and service offerings
  • Supporting budget formulation and budget execution models
  • Developing and implementing governance models for new and evolving service offerings
  • Developing and supporting management of Service Level Agreements and related metrics measuring organizational performance
  • Supporting program and project monitoring and evaluation
  • Drafting communications and briefings for stakeholders across multiple organizational components and initiatives
  • Developing and managing communications and change management initiatives across multiple organizational components and initiatives, effecting business and/or operational culture change
  • Provide forecasting and strategic insight for potential additional service offerings and industry best practices
  • Provide organizational/risk assessments and risk management to include creating risk profiles, establishing a risk management structure, and supporting risk mitigation efforts
  • Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility initiatives across the DOC enterprise and bureaus
  • Support knowledge management and transfer including development of training plans, manuals and other training documentation or training aids
  • Deliver training to support operations and maintenance of management and administrative programs.
