Requirements

  • The Project includes construction of the GBSD (Sentinel) Integrated Training Center (ITC) at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The Integrated Training Center at F.E. Warren AFB supports the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) training by consolidating wing-level training for Maintenance, Security Forces, Cyber Defense, and Operations into one facility. The facility includes two story administration and training areas and vehicle maintenance training bays totaling approximately 85,000 square feet. The new facility will be built to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, UFC 4-010-05 Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facilities, TEMPEST Mitigation measures such as RF shielding. The facility will include infrastructure to support Government Installed systems and networks. Sitework includes grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, water, power, telecommunications, and paving improvements.
