  • The United States Embassy Bogotá seeks custodial, cleaning, and environmental management support services for properties under the United States Government ownership or management, serving as official office and operational spaces for the Mission in Bogotá, Colombia.
  • Duties encompass custodial and cleaning services across various areas including offices, workstations, conference rooms, restrooms, cafeterias, breakrooms, medical units, storage areas, operational areas, visitor areas, entranceways, lobbies, elevators, stairways, exterior driveways and walkways, patio areas, and Controlled Access Areas (CAA) under the supervision of RSO cleared personnel.
  • The contractor is tasked with providing all personnel, including administrative, managerial, and direct labor staff, to carry out cleaning services as stipulated in the contract. The contractor must comply with all local labor laws and regulations that apply to any worker in Colombia.
