Requirements

  • The contractor shall supply warehouse personnel that will handle the receiving, stocking, inventory, shipping, of commodities purchased on a daily basis from VHA Clinicians through the logistic centers. As well as provide the necessary supervision for these services. These operations include and are not limited to:
    • 1. Receiving of Incoming Delivery Trucks, Courier Services and United States Postal Services.
    • 2. Receipt process, stocking process, and inventory of commodities processes.
    • 3. Refurbishment processes for returned equipment for Telehealth program
    • 4. Packaging of outgoing clinical orders through Delivery Trucks, Courier Services and or United States Postal Services
    • 5. Inventory Pulling process, Auto-bagging processes, Packaging and Shipping processes.
    • 6. Quality Assurance and Training Requirements
    • 7. Inventory Accountability:
