  • The work will include demolition of current slab, asphalt, rebar, repairs and replacements using Low Embodied Carbon Materials (i.e. concrete, steel, etc…) and minimize impact to the tenants with associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection work. Building will remain fully occupied and operational; the work sequence will require phasing and coordination of material delivery to minimize the impact to the surrounding buildings and traffic.
