Requirements

The contractor shall:

  • provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Training, Assistance, and Assessment Support Services.
    • This support shall include the development and implementation of training, assistance and assessment programs designed to increase the enrollment, retention, and graduation rates of the National Guard Youth Challenge Program (NGYCP) and Department of Defense STARBASE program.
