Requirements

The Contractor shall provide:

  • Environmental Services as required for preparation of Navy and Marine Corps National Environmental Policy Act and other related environmental planning and technical documents/tasks for projects within the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility as well other various locations within the United States. Work awarded under this contract may include both pre-priced ELINs and non pre-priced work. The general scope of this contract covers the provision of Environmental Planning and Technical Services for the conduct of Navy and Marine Corps NEPA, environmental planning support, and other related technical work. Work includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of the following primary NEPA related documents, studies, and reports: Records of Categorical Exclusion (RCEs), Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSIs); Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and draft Records of Decision (RODs).
