NIST Central Solicitation Requirements

The project objectives are:

  • The project will include new building additions, interior heavy renovations, boiler systems replacement and expansion, chiller system replacement and expansion, cooling tower system replacement and expansion, electrical system replacements, modifications and expansion, supervisory control and data acquisition system for thermal utilities, site utility improvements site access roads, and environmental remediation and protection measures.
  • Facilities shall be designed in accordance with detailed design requirements documents prescribed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) to specified building standards, codes, federal government mandates, and regulatory agency directives
