Requirements

Design Build Space Alteration project at the William Guy Federal Building in Bismarck, North Dakota.

  • The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of design and construction to complete the project objectives. All required Architect and Engineering (A/E) services are to be provided in house by a licensed A/E or subcontracted out by the Contractor to a licensed A/E.
  • The Contractor shall provide design services, including field surveys of as-built conditions, coordination with GSA and the tenant agency, and preparation of the bidding documents and construction administration necessary to perform the work as described herein.
  • Based on design approval, the contract will then move into construction/implementation of the design as outlined in the design documents and the below construction segment of this document. Upon receiving written approval from GSA the contractor may begin construction prior to design completion.
