Requirements

  • The work includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform miscellaneous painting repairs.
  • Existing improvement restoration or complete reconstruction of existing historic or recent improvements is not included in this Contract for paint repairs.  Paint repair work performed by the contractor shall result in a complete, functional, and suitable system.
  • Government will not provide or furnish temporary or permanent office, storage, or staging areas on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall or Fort McNair
