  • Building 110 is a 213,799 square foot industrial and manufacturing building, hosting numerous manufacturing processes in a partial 2?story, red brick, modified rectangular plan. Ceilings in production areas are open to the underside of roof structure with top of roofs ranging from 35 to 117 feet high.
  • Work will consist of, but not limited too, that following: Substructure – (Patch and Level Existing Concrete Slab, Trench Repair); Shell – (Exterior Brick Repair, Replacement of Exterior Doors and Door Hardware, Roofing Repairs); Interiors (Main Bay Area – Excluding Offices/Labs) – (Interior Window Refurbishment, Repair Interior Brick, Replacement of Signage, Painting Interior Walls/Partitions/Ceilings); Services – (Compressed Air System Repairs and Upgrades, Domestic Water Repairs, Steam Distribution System Repairs, Standpipe Systems Repairs, Fire Suppression Systems Repairs, Electrical Repairs in Support of System Upgrades/Repairs); Special Construction and Demolition – (Demolition to Support Repair Work, Abatement of Hazardous Materials to Support Repair Work, Sustainability Requirements in Support of Phase 1 Repairs).
