Requirements

  • Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform air transportation services for passenger movement between Point Mugu, CA (KNTD) and San Nicolas Island, CA (KNSI), and between Point Mugu, CA and China Lake, CA (KNID), five days a week.
  • Additional missions between these locations may be scheduled by mutual agreement during the week, weekends, and holidays as well as to other off-line locations within a 500 (NAUTICAL MILES) radius of Point Mugu.
