Background

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles. This requirement is for NSWCPD Code 107, which is responsible for oversight of policy and compliance in the areas of Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S), Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E)/ Asset Management, and Purchase Requisitions (PR).

Requirements

  • Technical, project, analytical, program, and supply chain management services needed to support the Property Management Divisions’ Operating Materials & Supplies. Examples of work under this contract will include: Physical inventory management, Technical screening and PR creation, Development and maintenance of guidelines, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures, and Container Control Operations.
