Requirements

  • The FBI will require Electrical JOC services to support electrical alteration, and repair of industrial, commercial, office, utility projects, and minimal design at various FBI facilities on FBI Quantico Complex
  • These facilities will be within the Quantico Complex. The FBI has a need for project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other associated tasks necessary to fulfill the electrical requirements of each Electrical JOC Task Order
  • The FBI will only accept Electrical Contractors for this contract and all bidders must have an established office within a 40-mile radius of the FBI Quantico East gate for six (6) months prior to the RFP
