Requirements

  • TASK 1: COGEN Preventive Maintenance
    • Provide a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for all labor, material, subcontractors, supervision, and quality control to perform detailed job plan. Provide a complete breakdown of all labor, material and subcontractors cost including overhead and profit to perform Preventive Maintenance during the corresponding fiscal year
  • TASK 2: CUP Staffing and Personnel
    • Provide temporary supplemental Operations and Maintenance Staffing for the Building 11 Central Utility Plant (CUP) and Cogen as required to back fill critical positions in operations and maintenance on a Time and Material basis. The CUP personnel under this contract are classified under one of the following position descriptions (PD). Contractor to provide a pricing proposal for the below listed positions with the anticipated current staffing levels and wages. Provide breakdown for each position include base rate, fringes and health and welfare as well as the Overtime Rate
  • TASK 3: CUP Preventive Maintenance
    • Provide a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for all labor, material, subcontractors, supervision, and quality control to perform detailed job plan. Provide a complete breakdown of all labor, material and subcontractors cost including overhead and profit to perform Preventive Maintenance for 5-year options
