The requirement includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform repairs on the Main Pier and Turnaround, Main Pier Floating Dock, T-Boat Pier, White Boathouse Floating Dock, L44 Dock #1, Jacobs Rock Floating Docks, Crew Pier, Bulkhead, and Railroad Overpass Bridge & Approach. The scope also includes replacement of the Floating Dock at Crew Pier.
