Requirements

This project will accomplish:

  • Maintenance and repair of the existing structural glazed wall system at the Liberty Bell Complex. The intent of this project is to provide maintenance service to the existing viewing wall, and to provide bird-friendly film on the maximum amount of glazed surface area that the budget will support.
  • The scope includes removal and replacement of joint sealants, and installation of bird-friendly film on the exterior glazing surface. The project also includes inspecting the curtain wall and ensuring all fittings are secured to specified torque values. The project will also include the installation of bird-friendly film on the exterior glazing surface at other elevations around the building
