Requirements

The project consists of two components which will be constructed simultaneously under one contract and one period of performance. The Replace the Chisos Mountains Lodge (Lodge Component) scope includes:

  • The demolition and replacement of the existing Chisos Mountains Lodge, the demolition of the existing Chisos Basin Camper Store and the expansion of the restrooms in the existing Chisos Basin Visitor Center, as well as associated site work and landscaping

The Rehabilitate the Chisos Basin Water System (Water Component) scope includes:

  • Installation of new potable water treatment and storage facilities and replacement of the existing potable water distribution system as well as associated appurtenances, building and site work.
