Requirements

  • Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work to replace the existing site sanitary sewer infrastructure and grease traps with a new system designed to meet the current VA standards and reduce service interruptions, accommodate future construction, and rectify existing sanitary sewer problems on the Columbia VAMC campus, as required by drawings and specifications.
  • Site work will be performed throughout the entire campus.  Interior work will be performed in buildings 100 and 100A.
