  • System Configuration, Production Integration, Modernization, Technical Support, Logistics and Material Management, System Engineering, Training, Configuration Management, Fleet Support and Management support services in providing the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Afloat Transport System (ATS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) services and solutions in support of mission capabilities within its Portfolio mission areas. The Satellite Communication (SATCOM) Capability-Base In-Service Engineering Activity (CB-ISEA) PWS provides deployment, logistics, system engineering, life cycle sustainment engineering, integration, and production support for Department of Defenses (DoD) and Navy qualified systems and subsystems to Government customers. While most of the work addresses the Navy’s requirements, SATCOM CB-ISEA also supports Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Army, Air Force and Department of Homeland Security customers, Federal Agencies, DOD Agencies and international partners with SATCOM programs.
