Background

Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) is an Echelon III organization whose mission is to develop, acquire, modernize, deliver, and support integrated and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Business IT and Space capabilities in the interest of national defense.

Requirements

  • The Contractor shall:
    • Support for life-cycle sustainment, corrective maintenance, OT-specific hardware management, network infrastructure, configuration management, security authorization, reporting, and policy and process development for communications and computer systems.
    • Provide personnel with specialized technical skills and subject matter expertise for system design, engineering, hardening, implementation, and operations of Information Technology Systems (ITS) across various government organizations at enterprise level as well as local.
    • Leverage newer technologies or concepts such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML), Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Agile, and 5G when feasible to improve efficiencies and security of ITS.
