  • The contractor may provide the full range of standard services from pre-design consultation to post-construction services
  • The scope of work may include, but is not limited to:
    • Professional Design Services – including, but not limited to, estimating, pre-planning, pricing, design, design management, and design review
    • Shell and Tenant Improvement Services – including, but not limited to, managing costs throughout design and construction, and providing cost estimating services
    • Construction Management/Inspection and Related Services – including pre-design phase, design phase, procurement phase, construction phase, and post-construction phase
  • The A/E shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure the full, effective, and economical performance of all services ordered under this contract
  • Services include the commission of activities to provide professional, technical, and other services required for the development, design, quality assurance, and quality control of a project’s functional expectations for repair, alteration, renovation, and new construction
